What's it like to work here

Keystone culture

Having evolved from a small family business to proudly becoming the first acquisition within Origin Enterprises’ Environmental sector, we have grown in size while preserving the close-knit, community-focused culture that defines us.

We provide a friendly, supportive, and welcoming work environment at our Gloucestershire Head Office, nestled in the idyllic Cotswold countryside. While our team operates between the Tetbury Head Office, the Horton yard (home to our Habitats department), fieldwork, and remote working, we value coming together for staff appreciation events, community action days, and celebrations.

I think it speaks volumes that I’ve worked at Keystone for nearly 8 years!
Beyond the learning opportunities, it’s the people, and the laughter, that make it such a fantastic place to work!
